For those who think that blighted and vacated properties just always look like sadness in brick form, there's new life coming to a block of Park View buildings. PGN Architects have released the rendering of the building's exterior and have mentioned that the 36 new condos will have particularly nice kitchens. Good to know that the residents of this new project, called Otis Flats, will be able to take advantage of the upcoming remodeled Safeway down Georgia Avenue.
