Last night's surplus hearing regarding the future of the McMillan Sand Filtration Site was heated enough that police were present in case things got out of hand. From the looks of it there was plenty of yelling and the Friends of McMillan Park group had a table and yellow "No Surplus" sashes. Also, apparently one person at the meeting held up a sign saying "MCMILLAN IS GEZI." [Chirpstory]
