Passing Bills

Uh oh, Wal-Mart. This afternoon after an hour of vociferous debating, the D.C. Council passed the bill requiring large retailers (like Wal-Mart) to pay their employees no less than $12.50 an hour. Wal-Mart has already voiced their displeasure with the result of this vote, but there's a secondary vote on July 10th and Mayor Gray still has to sign it into law. If this goes into effect, will Wal-Mart pull out of any of the six proposed stores in Washington, D.C.? [WCP]
