Here's some more Wal-Mart controversy for your morning. The vote on the city's Large Retailer Accountability Act which would require big retailers like Wal-Mart to pay a "living wage" of $12.50 an hour has been pushed back to next week. The six locations for D.C.'s Wal-Marts are at Skyland Town Center, Fort Totten, Georgia and Missouri Avenue NW, H Street NW by Union Station, New York Avenue and Bladensburg Road NE and East Capitol at 58th Street NE.
