Realtor Wants You To See Condo in Both Full and Bare States

New, 1 comment

We've noticed that for sales listings tend to go one of two routes. Usually the photo tour will include pictures with the current owner's furniture so that the space looks homey and occupied. Occasionally, photo tours display the rooms after they've been cleared out, thus demonstrating the space that a new owner has to work with. Not only has the realtor for this McLean Gardens home decided to have it both ways, but they've included text in their listing photos to let the prospective buyer know what they're doing!! At least, prospective buyers may know upon getting past this sign:

We've made it a little easier for you. We've made one gallery filled with photos of the rooms full of furniture and another gallery exposing the empty, bare walls. The two bedroom 1,232 sq ft condo is asking for $419,500. The photos are after the jump.
