Two hearing-impaired D.C. residents, Jacqueline Young and Latheda Wilson have filed a suit against the D.C. Housing Authority. The two women, who are both members of the housing choice voucher program state that DCHA regularly failed to provide them with an interpreter and therefore violated both the Fair Housing Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act.
