Capital Bikeshare, the largest active bicycle sharing network in America, has fallen under a Department of Labor Investigation. A former employee has told The Department of Labor that he was underpaid for much of his tenure with Bikeshare and even after receiving a raise, did not receive fringe benefits. [WaPo]
