The Louis at 14th development is truly going for most luxurious rooftop in the city as it adds outdoor movie screening space and lounge area with fire pits to its list of outdoor amenities. While decadent French monarchs likely did not BBQ on the roof of Versailles, future residents of this enormous 268-apartment complex will be able to frequent a Trader Joe's on the first floor and bring their comestibles upstairs to grill. The development project from JBG has just topped out; they've finished erecting that top floor, which will also include a pool and accompanying bar.
