Itsy-Bitsy-Teeny-Weeny Capitol Hill Home For Rent

New, 2 comments

D.C.'s ability to go small never ceases to amaze us. This 252 square foot home in Capitol Hill is on the rental market for $1,200 a month and makes no bones about the fact that it is welcoming you to Munchkin-land. The video tour linked on the Craigslist ad plays "It's a Small World" as it uses lots of very slow pans to drag a thirty second tour out to nearly two minutes. But even though the bathroom shoves the washer/dryer right next to the toilet and the home is even smaller than this Atlas District home, the resident has managed to keep her bed out of the kitchen. Check out the gallery above culled from stills from the video.
