We've seen the scaffolding that now reaches the top of the Washington Monument and now, thanks to the National Park Service, we can see a birds' eye view from the workers who put it there. Repairs to the damage caused by the 2011 earthquake will begin in three weeks. Also, be on the lookout for lights which will be added to the scaffolding and which will make the monument glow during nighttime hours. [ABC7]
