The Washington Post Real Estate Section posted a lengthy feature about Northwest resident Armeane M. Choski and his penchant for an app-controlled home. Choski has an interconnected system that allows him to do things like reset room temperatures and draw blinds by merely tapping his phone or tablet. While this all sounds like a scene from some movie based in 2100 in outer space, our practical side can't help but wonder what Mr. Choski, a former World Bank Vice-President, will do if his tablet freezes. Choski remained mum on the cost of such a system. [WaPo]
