Living close to your job is something everyone can appreciate, especially proponents of the snooze alarm. The Heritage Foundation is looking to make that particularly easy as they are proposing to build six rowhouses near its office on 3rd and Massachusetts Avenue NE. Their plans also include a Capital Bikeshare station and an underground parking garage with 105 spaces. While the rowhouses would certainly fit the neighborhood's vibe and the parking spaces would be a steal at $90 a month, it's unclear whether the Board of Zoning Adjustment will be sold on this plan. The BZA will hear the Heritage Foundation's proposal tomorrow.
