Yesterday, the concept for an 80-unit condo projecton the corner of 11th Street and M Street NW won approval. It will wrap around an existing laundromat on the corner; part will be nine stories tall with a yellow brick facade and the other part will be six stories tall with a red brick facade. [Urban Turf]
