Finance person Donald Roth, a founder of a private equity firm and a former Veep of the World Bank, just unloaded a 11,000 square foot mansion for $8.6 M, according to the WSJ. That translates to making a pretty great killing, considering he bought the home in 2001 for $3.75 M. The four level house's list of amenities includes 12 fireplaces, a garden, a swimming pool and a three-car garage. The socialite and mother of First Lady Jackie O., Janet Lee Bouvier, once lived in the nine-bedroom and seven bathroom home. She had purchased the property with her husband while JFK was president.
