The Aria on L building started move-ins last February for its 60 apartments, but still has units available according to a quick scan of Zillow. One-bedroom apartments start at $1,900/month, and two-bedrooms start at $2,750/month. The new building is three blocks from a Metro stop, claims to be pet-friendly building, and has secure storage for 40 bicycles. But what do all think of the completed reality?
