The new $45 million apartment, 440 K Street, is scheduled to be completed this December. The 14-story building will have 234 apartments and a 39,000 sf parking garage and amenities like a rooftop entertainment suite, a custom rooftop pool (with waterfall!) a fire pit, a fitness center, a second floor terrace, and a bunch of retail on the ground floor. Here are some new images posted to the the design company Capital Pixel's facebook page (they do lots of renderings around town), but there is not much indication of what that one- and two-bedrooms will look like yet, nor the pricing.
