Danish starchitect Bjarke Ingels is slated to give parts of the National Mall a much needed makeover. Not one for mincing words, Ingels feels the Smithsonian Castle should be more than a "completely overblown toilet" and has "great potential" to be something more to the American people. [WaPo]
