The Exchange at Potomac Yard Is Officially Under Construction

This project spent seven years in the pipeline, but the 2 M square-foot project entitled The Exchange at Potomac Yard is finally under constriction. Excavation began six weeks ago for The Alric, a 323-unit apartment complex that should be completed by late 2014. There will even be a Potomac Yard Metro stop in three to four years. The developers might break ground on the second residential site by the end of 2013; the 14-acre development within the existing, 300-acre Potomac Yard community is expected to be completed by late 2014.
