In 2009 Dave and Kirsten Pollin bought the 8 bed, 7 bath single family home for $3.95M but listed it two years later for $4.395M. Then it took a couple of price cuts before re-entering the MLS for an even $4M in January of this year. Not long after an offer was made, an inspection took place, a contract was signed, and just this week the price was revealed. $3,825,000 was the magic number for this home that used to be The Field School.
