The developers known as Kettler have released the renderings for a 15-story building that will go right next to the Bethesda Metro Station on the appropriately-named Commerce Lane. It will sit in that triangular patch of land between Old Georgetown Road and Wisconsin Avenue not far from East-West highway. So, basically, one of the most central locations you can get and still be in a suburb of DC. The plan is for 120 apartments plus 111 underground parking spaces. The project reps go before County's Planning Board on March 14th to get approval. Check out a few more details and points of view of the way the building will front the different streets over on BethesdaNow.
