Housing Inventory

The low, low inventory of this year's DMV housing market has agents turning to extreme measures to try and find houses for their clients. The practice of sending letters to owners who haven't put their house on the market has been a go-to plan for ages (remember the flowers and poetry from this agent?) but agents are stepping things up.
