The game-changing Pike and Rose development coming to White Flint has released a few more details about the residential portion of Phase 1. Most importantly, the buildings now have names. The first one to deliver is PerSei—a 174-unit building with luxury apartments right in the heart of the big development that should be finished by the summer of 2014. Those units will be 1- and 2-bedrooms ranging from 615 – 1585 square feet. The second living space to deliver will be Pallas—a much larger building with 319 units that should be completed by the first quarter of 2015. Those units will range from 554 – 2007 square feet and the building will have rooftop garden plots and a pool. When all is said and done there will be about 1,500 new residential living spaces made up of apartments, condos, and townhouses plus dozens of new retail stores and at least one hotel.
