The booming 14th Street corridor has one hundred and twenty-five new apartments that are about to open up for rent at DC District. The almost-finished building was developed under the JBG Companies but they have been working on selling it for the past few months, a source close to the deal told Curbed. Just yesterday they sent out an email announcing that the sale had gone through and JP Morgan were the new owners of the building. The same email said that leasing would begin soon but no word on pricing just yet. The building boasts a rooftop terrace, gym, outdoor kitchen with a grill for residents' use, and the biggest perk of all is it is half way between U Street and Logan Circle.
