The Atlas District building that is home to The Rock & Roll Hotel is up for sale. But have no fear, skinny jeaners, The Rock & Roll Hotel has a long lease so they aren't going anywhere for a while. Over on the Frozen Tropics comment thread someone posting as Joe Englert (which is the name of the venue's proprietor) told everyone that it would be around for decades.
