There's a new boutique condo building nearing completion that can't really decide if it is in Petworth or Columbia Heights, but no matter it will bring 13 new units to a neighborhood that can't produce 'em fast enough for the demand. Thomason House and its eight one-bedrooms, and five two-bedrooms is due to open in May and so far the only main details that have been released are the floorplans. For those lucky enough there are a few ground level units with private patios. The development is close to those who want to get away from the bustle (but not the convenience) of 14th Street and embrace the action on booming 11th Street. Prices start around $260,000 but complete details will be available in the coming weeks.
