As part of this semester of Curbed University we're opening up the comment line to have readers ask questions about houses, buying them, selling them, and anything else that first-timers might want to know. We're changing things up a little from last week when we had an agent answer questions in a live thread and instead we're going to gather the questions and have this week's expert answer them over the weekend to be posted on Monday. We'll still open up the thread on Friday over lunch, but if you want to send your question in early the tipline is always open.
