As was rumormongered yesterday by Topher Mathews/Georgetown Metropolitan, the buyer behind the West Heating Plant was indeed The Levy Group. Washington Business Journal confirmed with them that they were part of a consortium that bought the property for $19.5M and plan to convert it into residences to go with the adjacent Four Seasons hotel.
