Chef José Andrés unveiled his lastest concept-within-a-concept last night after teasing his Twitter followers with messages like 'I have a secret' for days. Eater DC was on hand to see the new Barmini—a cocktail lab that will rotate through 100 experimental cocktails using the molecular gastronomy techniques he has made famous in Minibar.
