Two Chinatown buildings have changed hands so they can be turned into multi-family buildings (probably apartments, but maybe condos). They belonged to the homeless shelter/treatment center Gospel Rescue Ministries (who had to file for bankruptcy in order to stave off a foreclosure auction) but they are going to transition their population to other facilities in the city. Hey, that's just like Central Union Mission near 14th Street! [GlobeSt; WCP; previously]
