The P Street Mansion, with its quirky animal statues around the pool, has come down in price over the years all the way from $13M to $9,250,000 (so much so that it made it on to our recent map of old listings with new price chops). Turns out it belongs to biotech millionaire Bill Haseltine who married last summer and relocated to New York. So he's extra-motivated to unload the lovely Beaux-Arts home.
