Return of the $8M Condo

That pricey condo sale in Chevy Chase's Parc Somerset that broke records last year? Well, it's going to be on the market very soon. The buyers aren't going back on their deal, but they've decided they don't want the renovation project after all so they are going to list it for approximately $8M in March. They bought it as a private sale for $7.95M in December but this time it will be listed publicly. [previously; WBJ]
