How Do You Outclass a $2.35M Home With An Elevator?

New, 2 comments

Seriously though, how do you outclass a four story Georgetown home in The Cloisters with an elevator? Offhand, add a stained glass ceiling to the elevator. Then, perhaps, allow parking for two cars in the back behind the house. Then, add lots of small circular lights on all of the ceilings so to add the illusion of natural light since the windows are average size. Maybe you'd give the master bathroom a spa-like tub and paint the other one forest green. That would be pretty classy, right? It would also be an accurate description of this 5 bedroom, 4,200 square foot rowhouse in Georgetown. Ask is $2.35 million.
