Time For an Environmentally Friendly Overhaul in Southwest

Channel Square Apartments doesn't have the terrible reputation that its neighbor Capitol Park Towers does, but it still has a few one star reviews. So for those reviewers/residents who complained that "everything breaks all the time", a team of developers financed by Rose Green Cities Fund has purchased the building with the dual intention of making the place more sustainable and keeping the rent affordable. Indeed, the developers have stated that they'd like to keep the existing tenants in the building. Stay tuned to this space as we continue to find out more about this project.
