Every year, the folks at the Australian Embassy pull out the same set of holiday lights and it's fantastic every time. Somehow, like hot chocolate during a snowstorm, the surfboarding Santa guiding a pack of kangaroos never gets old. Well, it is summer down there after all. Although they may have the most memorable holiday light display, they're not the only embassy that gets festive during December.
