Which 2 BR Condo Under $750K Has Captured Your Interest?

The snowing has stopped, the sun is out and it's time for http://dc.curbed.com/tags/real-estate-death-match! Last week's battle of the U Street condos nearly ended in a dead heat, but the newer unit at Lima Condos on 11th just barely edged out its competitor near Adams Morgan. What a close one! The ante has been upped for this week as two larger units with slightly heftier price tags take to the ring. Here's Real Estate Death Match: Columbia Heights vs. Wesley Heights Edition.

Address: 1466 Harvard Street NW Apartment A2
Price: $735,000
Square Feet: 1,626
Beds, Baths: 2/3

Loft lovers, this minimalist place in the heart of Columbia Heights has the advantage of a lower pricetag and an extra bathroom. This two level condo (one of twelve) at Harvard Lofts also has a balcony and an open floor plan so that it's possible to make dinner while still watching TV.

Address: 4200 Massachusetts Avenue NW Apartment 913
Price: $750,000
Square Feet: 1,666
Beds, Baths: 2/2

This slightly larger (although slightly pricier) space at Foxhall Condos has floor to ceiling windows leading out to the ninth floor balcony. Plus, those leather couches are just awesome. There's not as much going on as far as neighborhood amenities (at least not in the nightlife/restaurant department) in Wesley Heights as there is in Columbia Heights, but there are certainly more amenities inside the building. In addition to the gorgeous stone landscaping, Foxhall Condos has a tennis court, a fitness center and an indoor pool.
