Prefab rowhouse project Kendall Row (formerly Capitol Hill Oasis) may have been a desolate looking train wreck for years, but it seems its development is arrested no more! After spending much of 2013 under construction, one of the homes popped up on Zillow yesterday. The five bedroom townhouse is asking just under $1.1 million and boasting all sorts of things that nobody could see through the sad, empty looking windows: a gourmet kitchen, a finished basement, a parking space, a green roof and a patio with a view.
