If you can't handle the partying, these two guys don't want you to move in. The title says it all: "Seeking roommate (pref female) that can party like a rock star." One of the roommates is rarely home, but they still state that if you're a drinker and 420 friendly you get preference. Preference is also given to people who won't mind that people (the other roommates? the neighbors?) will be up at all hours of the night. This doesn't sound like a bad idea at all! What could possibly go wrong?
