In an interesting twist, D.C. Council Chair Phil Mendelson introduced a bill today that opposes any and all changes to 1910's Height Act. In fact, every other Councilmember save Mayor-For-Life Marion Barry has co-signed on this legislation. But ultimately, will that matter? [WCP]
