Think Beltway traffic was bad before? It's about to get a whole lot worse on Friday. "Truckers For the Constitution" will be showing their disapproval for various "anti-Constitutional" members of Congress with an act of civil disobedience that will make life hard for commuters regardless of whether the government has reopened or not. Loads of trucks will purposely clog the I-495, traveling at 55mph and not letting anyone without a sticker of support on or off the Beltway. Start looking for alternate routes now.
