The grayest part of NoMa will soon get some greenery. The forthcoming Storey Park development that will bring offices, apartments and restaurants to the tired old Greyhound terminal will also include an elevated park. Considering that the NoMa BID received $50 million to add little pockets of parks to the neighborhood, this future community space (with a water feature!) is in line with the neighborhood's vision for their future. Admittedly, the renderings show that this looks like more of a courtyard than a marvel on par with The High Line but the design of the park is also not quite complete. The project is due to break ground in June of next year.
