D.C. Council has good news for environmentally conscious renters and condo owners. Yesterday, they unanimously passed the Community Renewable Energy Act which will allow people without their own roofs to invest on community solar installations and reduce their own energy bills. So basically, D.C. residents can share the power from solar energy now. [WCP]
