House on Actual Hill On the Market For Roughly $1 Million

New, 1 comment

Generally in D.C., owning a "house on the Hill" refers to a home in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. However, there are a few spots, mainly in the northern corners of the city, where houses, like this one, are actually located atop a little knoll. The addition to this four bedroom house is a bit of an eyesore, but it includes a highly-coveted garage. More importantly, the master bathroom has a luxurious soaking tub (useful if a snowy winter leads to lots of sled rides down the front yard) and the master bedroom's walk-in closet is larger than some college dorm rooms. Ask for the home is just over $1 million.
