Mammoth Price Chop For This 1930s Castle In Maryland

New, 2 comments

Nothing says motivated seller like a drastic price drop and a whopping four million dollars has come off the ask for this "castle" in Maryland. That's almost fifty percent off the original price of $10M—a tactic only seen in very few circumstances (ahem, Ragged Point. ahem, Evermay). So much waterfront acreage for this home, plus an extra guest cottage, tennis courts, and beamed ceilings that it would seem a steal at its current price. But the owners didn't stop with lowering the ax on the asking price. They also threw in a picture of a labrador swimming in the pool just to really twist people's arms into buying.
