GEORGETOWN—The old Pizzeria Uno space on M Street is going to be replaced by the luxury men's and women's clothing store Billy Reid (thanks to the tipster who spotted the sign going up). We've reached out to them to see if they have an opening date scheduled and will update if we hear anything. Update: A rep from the company says they plan to open by the end of April. TYSONS CORNERZILLI, the men's clothing atelier direct from Lyon, France has recently opened a 2,000 square foot store in Tysons Galleria. While ZILLI is known for their men's fashion lines, this store is the second one that will offer women's accessories such as coats and handbags. It also doubles as a delight for architecture geeks since the new store was designed by the design and architecture firm streetsense. They brought in polished mahogany and black granite to really class up the place.

GEORGETOWNThe Bonobos Guideshop is open for business in Georgetown's Cady's Alley. Catering to guys who just want to look good without spending too much green, the new shop is taking appointments for men to get everything they need to look awesome. The CEO Andy Dunn stopped by the DMV on Monday evening to launch the new space. And Racked readers will get a discount until Feb 15 by using code "Racked DC" when booking their appointments. ALEXANDRIA—LA and Washington may have different vibes, but another commonality is Revel, the new boutique in Old Town. Founded by VCU grad Francesca Tanedo, Revel carries plenty of trendy lines, including jewelry from Swedish brand Timi. Located above Hank's Oyster Bar at 1026 King Street, Revel has "affordable, fashion forward styles" and brings a bit of West Coast edge to the city. [Official Site; Curbed Inbox]

GEORGETOWN—Just down the street from the Bonobos Guideshop, J Crew at 3222 M Street is expanding. And not by a little bit either. The new J Crew store will have plenty of space for sweaters, chinos and fashionable accessories. Planning to open in April 2013, maybe this will bring a FLOTUS sighting or three. [PoP]

ALEXANDRIA—Keeping Old Town humming, word on the street is White House Black Market will be opening up at 903 King Street in the former Old Town Master Pieces site. [WBJ]

BETHESDA—Local entrepreneur Adam Hanin is totally fashion-forward and has making waves in the e-commerce scene. His venture Skye Associates was named by Inc. as a fast-growing company. Skye Ventures is a "shoe, jewelry, and cosmetics company" Hanin started 6 years ago and is looking to make Skye an even bigger player in the retail space. [Official Site; Washingtonian]

GEORGETOWN—For those with furs that don't get used anymore, Buffalo Exchange at 3279 M Street will "collect furs and redistribute them to wildlife rehabilitation programs across the country". The old furs are used for animals that have been abandoned, orphaned, or injured and will be used to make bedding for the creatures. The fur collection will last until April 22, which is also Earth Day. [The Georgetowner]
