The newest top of the market listing for the District has started out its journey with an asking price of $19.5M but the Post has a few more details on the seller. Her name is Louisa Copeland Duemling, a DuPont heir, who is selling after the death of her husband Robert last year. He had been a diplomat as well as director of the National Building Museum.
