Police had their hands full yesterday when a tenant in a Crystal City apartment building was served with an eviction notice. The man barricaded himself in his apartment, threatened the deputy trying to deliver the eviction notice and caused police to evacuate the neighboring apartments. They finally talked him out of the unit and hauled him to jail where he probably has a place to stay for a while. [ARLNow]
