DCMud has their hands on the renderings for Parcel N—a future apartment building in the mega-development known as The Yards in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. The Robert A.M. Stern-designed building won't break ground until late this summer, but the plans are already in motion to build an 11-story building with 325-units. WDG are the architects on record and this building will be very close to the massively successful Foundry Lofts that took less than year to find tenants for all 170 units. The developers are anticipating an equal level of interest in Parcel N and will fill it with one and two-bedroom units (not the micro-units that are growing in popularity).
