Looking Back At The Whales Important To DC's History


The casinos may have invented the term whale, but whales themselves have been around for centuries. We've looked at five famous DC whales that made a splash on the local real estate scene during different times in our city's history. Going all the way back to George Washington's granddaughter to more modern names like Herbert Haft and King Hussein of Jordan we've got some of the historical details about the legacies they left. And, yes, there's a Kennedy mention. How can there not be a Kennedy mention?
