360 H Street Releases Floorplans, Begins Leasing (Updated)

The next biggest apartment complex for the H Street Corridor is now accepting leasing applications before the first move-ins happen in March. The 215 units that make up 360 H Street will be directly above a Giant grocery store and have an internal elevator that residents can use to enter the lobby and get to the store directly from the apartment building without going outside (projected opening for the Giant is May of this year). Other amenities include a car charging station, future streetcar stop right outside the front door, fitness center, community wi-fi, and pre-wiring for FIOS or Xfinity High Speed Internet. They haven't released pricing information yet, but we'll update once they do.

UPDATE: They have started adding prices to their website, though not every unit listed has a price yet. For now the information available is:

Studios: Start at $1,825
One bedrooms: Start at $2,050
Two Bedrooms: Start at $3,140
