The District has popped up again on the New York Times radar, but this time it is a musing on whether or not the city is hip. With a focus on the growth in cool restaurants—especially the H Street ones visited by the Obamas—the articles implies we might have a fighting chance (despite our taxpayer-funded largesse the same publication mentioned two weeks ago).
